KkumKat has the right to use any and all of their work for any and all commercial and personal use.

The commissioner / purchaser has full rights to use the commissioned / purchased art from KkumKat for personal use only as long as credit is provided and the commissioner still has rights to the art.

KkumKat's art cannot be used for commercial purposes of any form other than their own. It also cannot be altered or recolored in any way without written and documented permission from KkumKat.

Tampering with KkumKat's watermark in a way that makes it difficult to see and / or completely missing will result in a blacklist and a PSA written about you.

Any and all use of KkumKat's art for offensive, sexual, or hateful purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any and all persons are not allowed to mint or sell any and all of KkumKat's art for NFT. This is not only art theft, but KkumKat does not support NFT's due to its negative impact on the environment.

KkumKat only takes payments via PayPal or Ko-Fi (currently working on how to use Ko-Fi). Because of this, you must be 18 or over to purchase any commission / art from KkumKat. KkumKat may ask for some form of proof that you are 18 or over before accepting commission's and / or payment.

KkumKat must receive full payment before starting on any commissioned work or before sending all files for adopts.

KkumKat allows the use of payment plans when and where applicable, however KkumKat will not start on any commissioned work until they have more than half of the full payment. KkumKat will not finish said commissioned work until they have the entire payment in the allotted time. In regards to adopt payment plans, files to adopt will not be given until full payment has been given in the allotted time.

KkumKat will not refund your commission after they have started it. If they feel that they cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, they will refund you fully.

KkumKat will not refund your payment of an adopt if you do not wish to have it anymore for whatever reason. If there is a payment plan in place and you for whatever reason cannot pay the full amount in the allotted time, the money you have already sent to KkumKat for the adopt will be refunded.

Any unsolicited refunds when art has been finalized and delivered to you will result in a potential blacklist and / or a PSA being written about you. If there is a problem with the purchased art after it has been given to you that needs to be discussed, please contact KkumKat so things can be sorted out. If the reason of wanting a refund is because you don't want the piece anymore because it's not to your liking, the art wasn't what you were expecting / hoping for, you need the money for something else, you weren't able to use the art in the way you wanted because it goes against these terms of service, and / or you don't have the character you commissioned art for anymore, a refund will not be given.

Once and if a refund has been given, your rights to any and all of the given art will be voided. You cannot use those item(s) for any and all reasons. Doing so will result in a potential blacklist and / or a PSA being written about you and / or having legal action taken against you.

Large to small edits to the art are allowed to be asked for only during the sketch stage.

Medium to small edits to the art are allowed to be asked for only during the lineart phase.

Small edits to the art are allowed to be asked for only during the coloring phase.

Once the finalized art has been sent, you have 48 hours to tell me if any small edits are needed.

KkumKat will not completely redo a commission after the final piece has been shown. Final warning, if you want large edits done, please tell KkumKat during the sketch stage.

KkumKat will not change the character that is being drawn once they're past the lineart / coloring phase. Please warn KkumKat at the appropriate time, during the sketch stage and / or sometimes during the lineart stage if the lining process hasn't progressed too far yet, if you want to change the character in your commission.

The more specific you are with your request, the more exact KkumKat can be with the commission.

You can hue shift / add filters on the finalized art, but please do not draw / add / remove things on it. KkumKat can also do these things, if they follow the terms above, for you as well, so don't be afraid to ask!

KkumKat will not rush any commissions and will try their best with making it look as satisfactory as they can.

Please give a 2 week warning in advance to KkumKat if you want to set a deadline to a commission.

KkumKat is working towards a career in STEM and also has a life outside of that, so please be mindful of their schedule.

KkumKat will keep commissioners posted if there are any delays or if they need any time extensions.

None of KkumKat's adopts can be sold / resold / traded / gifted / given to any persons on their blacklist. Doing so will result in a blacklist and a PSA being written about them.

All of KkumKat's adopts cannot be used for commercial use unless bought for it.

KkumKat's adopts bought using any type of currency can be resold again for the amount you purchased it for.

Only serious bids. Do not hide / delete your bid after you've made it. You will get strikes for doing so. First strike, you will not be able to bid on any of the next 3 of KkumKat's auctions / adopts. Second strike, you will not be able to bid on any of the next 6 of KkumKat's auctions / adopts. Third strike, you will be blacklisted. Strikes last for 6 months. After 6 months from one strike, strikes reset. Please message KkumKat if you ever need to retract your bid for a chance to avoid a strike.

If you are buying an adopt for someone else, please state so to KkumKat.

Private bids may be placed. Message KkumKat if you'd like to place a private bid.

Once you have won an auction / adopt, you have 48 hours to pay the full price (unless a payment plan has been arranged) before getting all the files. If the payment has not been received in the allotted time, the next highest bid will receive the character, and you will recieve a strike (strike system explained above).

Persons buying / getting a KkumKat adopt must have a Toyhouse. Let KkumKat know if you need a code to join!

If you are giving an adopt away, make sure to send all the original adopt / auction files you recieved to the new owner. Also, make sure that the design originally came from KkumKat in its ownership logs. This will ensure that there are no stolen designs being sold.

Do not delete the character for any reason. If you must, please contact KkumKat about it so they can reupload the character. This will, again, ensure that there are no stolen designs being sold.

The first time you post any type of art of the design anywhere, credit KkumKat as the designer. Do not claim the design as your own.

Commissioned art can add to the price of a character. Art done by you for the character can add value to the character as well within reason. Gift art does not add to the value of the character.

Once an adopt is traded or gifted (or was obtained from me through a trade or as a gift), it can not be resold until commissioned art is added to it. Art done of the character by yourself will not count towards it's value in this case.

Small edits are allowed to KkumKat's adopts, however the original design should still be somewhat recognizable. Their species can not be changed, however adopts can have a different species added on to their original design / species (for example, one of KkumKat's cat designs can have an alternate CCCat version). KkumKat still needs to be credited as the designer though.

Once you trade the character away, please let KkumKat know for organization purposes.

Communication will be done via Toyhouse, Deviantart, Instagram, or Discord.

KkumKat has the right to refuse any commission / purchase for any reason, without having to disclose what the reason may be.

Commissions / purchases may be personal or bought as gifts for others. Please specify what you'd like it to be. If it's a gift commission, please send confirmation that the user you're getting gift art for allows you to use their character.

Progress on commissions will be documented via my Trello, as well as having WIP images sent for the initial sketch, the finished lineart, the base coloring, and the finalized image.

Any and all of KkumKat's art posted anywhere and everywhere must be credited to KkumKat.
